TriSys interfaces with computer telephony integration (CTI) systems to allow for both hands
free dialling and screen-popping.
For advanced CTI, TriSys is fully integrated with CallView which provides automatic recognition
of inbound telephone numbers where call level identification (CLI) is enabled. This image
shows the CallView client application which runs on the desktop.

When a call is received, TriSys is immediately notified and opens up the associated contact or
company record matching the telephone number. The recruiter has therefore got all contact
details in view before answering the telephone. This is called 'screen-popping'.
TriSys does not require additional CTI components. It is possible through the standard windows
telephony application programming interface (TAPI), to use standard windows diallers to allow
for hands free dialling. In this example, the user simply clicks on the ellipse button to the right
of the desired telephone number in order to invoke the Windows dialler:
