This booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement. Payment must be received in full prior to the event. We are not responsible<br />
for the non-arrival <strong>of</strong> confirmation documents; if by 7 days prior to the event you have not heard from us, please contact us using the<br />
phone number on this form. Please note payments will be banked on receipt and bookings will be dealt with in order <strong>of</strong> receipt. Places are<br />
subject to availability and shall be processed on a first come first served basis. Cancellations for the RAD event made before 6 January 2012<br />
will incur a 10% administration fee. After this date no refunds will be given. <strong>The</strong> RAD reserves the right to alter the advertised programme.
