Energy Assistant Program<br />
The <strong>Band</strong> is a service provider <strong>of</strong> the Minnesota Energy Assistance Program which provides<br />
energy assistance, crises, energy-related repairs, reach Out for Warmth, and weatherization<br />
services for <strong>Band</strong> member households located in the seven counties <strong>of</strong> <strong>Mille</strong> <strong>Lacs</strong>, Crow<br />
Wing, Aitkin, Pine, Kanabec, Sherburne, and Morrison. <strong>Band</strong> members who outside these<br />
counties can contact their local community action program or contact our <strong>of</strong>fice for the<br />
service provider in your area. <strong>Band</strong> Elders and disabled who have exhausted the State<br />
Energy Assistance Program are eligible for the Elder/Disabled Energy Assistance.<br />
