DISCRETIONARY LOAN PROGRAM
Band members who have received their minor trust fund and have funds available for
garnishment from their per capita payments, may qualify for a loan of up to $500 to be
repaid from the Band member’s next per capita payment. Borrowers may contact the
Discretionary Loan Assistant for loan guidelines and information on the application process.

PER CAPITA AND MINOR TRUST PREPARATION &
DISTRIBUTION
Adult per capita payments are prepared and distributed by OMB the first Thursday of every
month. Minor trust payments are prepared and distributed the third Friday of January, April,
July and October of each year.
