The information system shouldinclude every woman’s clinical record, appointments scheduled, and those kept ormissed. This can be a simple paper record or can be computer-based. A logbook can beused to register women screened and record their test results. If women need to returnlater for their results, a system must be in place to ensure that thosewith abnormal results are notified and that women who are hard toAnnex7locate are traced.
