The highlightof camp meeting was Sabbathmorning, when IlesAuditorium was filled fortwo church services andTed Struntz had notalways planned to becomea minister. He originallyaspired to be a medicaldoctor, then accepted God’scall to pastoral ministry“Harvest Time” at Camp Meeting <strong>2007</strong>Struntz Ordained into Gospel MinistryTed and Lynette Struntz stand with their daughterafter the ordination service.Sabbath school as Seventhday<strong>Adventist</strong>s gathered toworship.On Friday evening andSabbath morning, DerekMorris, D.Min., shared athree-part series, “Prayingthe Radical Prayer,” whichfocused on the text foundin Luke 10:2, “Thereforesaid he unto them, theharvest truly is great, butthe laborers are few: prayye therefore the Lord ofthe harvest, that he wouldsend forth laborers into hisharvest.”With the theme “HarvestTime” for CampMeeting <strong>2007</strong>, the focustruly was evangelism andpersonal willingness to minister.Ed Wright, Conferencepresident, shared, “Let uswhile leading a spiritual retreatduring his senior yearat Laurelbrook Academy.On May 12, Struntz wasordained as a Seventh-day<strong>Adventist</strong> minister. The ceremonytookplace at theKnoxville,Tenn., FirstchurchwhereStruntzserves asassociatepastor.One ofthe highlightsof hisministry, asStruntz describedit,was leadingFeatured speaker Derek Morris, D.Min., leads the congregation ina song with the words from Luke 10:2, the Bible verse his sermonswere centered around.pray that we will see withnew eyes the ripening harvestthat surrounds us.
