The self-contained air cylinderprovides controlled “on/off” operation at anydesired frequency up to 180 cycles per minute. The JSeries features a spray nozzle body assembly that iscompletely separate from the air cylinder assemblyfor minimal maintenance and fast, easy cleaning ofthe nozzle. The TEFLON ® packings and gaskets in thenozzle withstand continuous use at temperatures upto 400°F (205°C) and the air cylinder packing is recommendedfor temperatures up to 150°F (65°C).Available with 1/4”. 1/2” and 1” inlet connections.22AUH• A 1/2” (12.7 mm) diameter mounting hole and lockingscrew allows quick installation and positioningof the 22AUH Air Atomizing nozzle on a mountingbar. Constructed of brass with nickel-plated externalsurfaces, the 22AUH also features a TEFLON® valveseat and packings and stainless steel valve stem.A variety of spray tips are available in flat, hollowcone and full cone spray patterns.
