Also covered is an overview ofmethods for cleaner production and waste minimisation,life cycle analysis and interacting with neighbours andactivists.GSE824 Environmental DisputeResolution4 pg cpThis unit introduces students to, and examines the advantagesand disadvantages of, the various methods availablefor the resolution of environmental disputes.Students will analyse and evaluate the institutionalframework within which such disputes arise. Methods ofeffective scoping and assessing environmental disputeswill be explored. The unit focuses on mediation as thepreferred method of dispute resolution.264
