12 ALL DISCIPLINES12.9.5 Homologation <strong>of</strong> Fuel12.9.5.1 Unleaded fuel produced by an oil companyfor sale in the <strong>Australia</strong>n general transportfuel market through retail petrol pumpsin at least 5 states does not have to behomologated. For the avoidance <strong>of</strong> doubtthis means the fuel must be available forsale on demand from a roadside bowseroutlet at each <strong>of</strong> at least 5 separateservice stations in each <strong>of</strong> at least five<strong>Australia</strong>n states or territories.12.9.5.2 Organisations seeking homologation <strong>of</strong>fuel must provide MA with:a) Two 1-litre sealed containers <strong>of</strong> thefuel for analysis,b) Details <strong>of</strong> the fuels characteristics,c) The distribution network,d) The price structure,e) A homologation fee <strong>of</strong> $2,500 in the firstyear and $2,000 per year thereafter.12.9.5.3 Fuels approved under this GCR will bepublished at www.ma.org.au.12.10 NOISE EMISSIONS - ALL DISCIPLINESNOTE: From 1/7/<strong>2013</strong> noise testing must becarried out at all permitted events however it isnot mandatory to test all machines12.10.1 Specifications12.10.1.1 Noise emissions are set out in thetables below:30 meters (from side <strong>of</strong> track) ride by testDISCIPLINELIMIT dB(A)Road Racing 95Historic Road Racing 95Classic MX & Dirt Track 95Speedway (including Quads) 95Dirt Track & Track (incl.
