How To SpecifyML2000 Series Mortise Locksets with Vandal Resistant TrimSuggested SpecificationML2000All locksets shall be ML2000VR SeriesMortise Locksets as manufactured byCorbin Russwin Architectural Hardware.Locks shall have all functions available inone size case, manufactured from heavygauge steel, minimum thickness 3/32"(2mm). The handing of all locks shall bereversible without the disassembly of thelockcase. Cases are to be closed on allsides to protect internal parts. Locks areto have adjustable, beveled and armoredfronts, standard 2-3/4" (70mm) backset,a full 3/4" (19mm) throw two-piecemechanical anti-friction latchbolt, anda one-piece stainless steel 1" (25mm)throw deadbolt, and shall be availablefor a minimum door thickness of 1-3/4"(44mm).
