General: BHMA certified extraheavy duty, lever type mortise lockconforming to ANSI 156.13 <strong>Series</strong>1000, Grade 1 requirements andANSI A117.1 accessibility guidelines.All functions manufactured in asingle sized case formed from aminimum 12 gauge steel. Lockset isfield-adjustable for handing withoutopening the lock body with abeveled armored front that is 0.125”minimum thickness and utilizes a onepiece3/4" anti-friction stainless steellatchbolt. To insure proper alignment,all trim, shall be thru-bolted and fullyinterchangeable between rose andescutcheon designs. Lock is UL listedand labeled for use on up to 3 hourfire rated openings.a. Backsets: 2-3/4”.b. Deadbolt: Optional 1" throw madeof stainless steel and 2 hardenedsteel roller inserts.c.
