Hymer gets together with CampingCard ACSI to bring you holiday bargains
Hymer has got together with the Dutch company ACSI Publishing BV to offer
HymerCard holders the option of saving between 10 percent and 50 percent at
participating camp sites throughout Europe, during the early and off-peak seasons.
ACSI, who already work with Hymer in bringing customers the HymerCard Tours (in
2004 to Scotland), offer a CampingCard, which was mailed free of charge to all
HymerCard holders together with the February edition of the HymerCard magazine. In
addition to the CampingCard, there is the additional benefit of a free CampingCard
Guide.
The ACSI-Hymer cooperation system is extremely customer and service friendly.
Hymer customers simply produce their CampingCard on arrival at any of the 353
participating camp sites and pay 9, 11 or 13 euros per emplacement, thus saving
between 10 percent and 50 percent of the official price. The site owners offer equal (if
not better, depending on the time of year) hospitality and an unlimited range of
facilities, even in the low season.
The reduced CampingCard price includes a standard or luxury emplacement for two
adults, car with caravan or tent, or motorhome with awning. Moreover, the price
includes electricity and water, use of the showers and (where allowed) admittance of
pets.
The stay is even better value if – provided it is offered – customers take advantage of
the “7 = 6”, staying seven nights for the price of six. An especially customer-friendly
feature is the fact that you do not have to pay in advance, only on departure. Hymer
customers can therefore keep their options open, extending their stay if required or
leaving early if they have to. However, an essential principle of the CampingCard is
that the longer you stay, the better value your caravaning holiday will be.
