• Respect the proprietary, sensitive or confidential information acquiredby the employee in the course <strong>of</strong> his or her work and to avoid misusing,casually discussing or disclosing any such information to unauthorizedpersons, and to refrain from knowingly making false or improper entrieson any documents.• Treat other employees with respect and courtesy, and not to discriminateagainst or harass others on the basis <strong>of</strong> race, religion, color, nationalorigin, sex, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation or any otherstatus protected by law.RESPONSIBILITIES• Protect, preserve and enhance AGCO’s assets and funds, employinglawful and ethical means only.• Refrain from soliciting gifts, and, where appropriate, not to give oraccept gifts. If you have a question about gifts <strong>of</strong> nominal value, contactAGCO’s Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer or Regional Ethics andCompliance Officers.• Ensure that his or her expenditures related to travel, businessconferences, entertainment or hospitality are reasonable and consistentwith AGCO’s travel policies and good business practice and areaccurately and thoroughly documented pursuant to the policies <strong>of</strong>AGCO.• Not engage in political activities on behalf <strong>of</strong> AGCO or use AGCO’sname or resources in connection therewith. AGCO employees mayengage in political activities on their own time while acting as privatecitizens, but they must avoid any implication that they are in any wayrepresenting AGCO or that AGCO supports their political position orcause.• Comply with all public laws and Company policies concerning theprivacy <strong>of</strong> individuals; consequently, employees may not collect, retain,use, transfer or disclose information about other employees exceptwhen authorized to do so by AGCO for valid business reasons and incompliance with local laws.• Not make use <strong>of</strong> third parties (agents, consultants, representatives,sponsors, other family members or any other person or organization) todo anything that is prohibited by the rules and policies <strong>of</strong> AGCO or bylaw.PAGE> 10
