If you donot know to whom the question should bereferred, ask your supervisor.Employees should not participate in chatrooms, message boards or other public forumswith respect to the Company’s business.D. INTEGRITY <strong>of</strong> financial andother Company records; financial reportingAll books, records and accounts <strong>of</strong> AGCO must be maintained in anaccurate and auditable manner in conformity with generally acceptedaccounting principles. No entries will be made which intentionally concealor disguise the true nature <strong>of</strong> any AGCO transaction. Specifically, employeesmust adhere to the following important guidelines:• No funds or accounts may be established or maintained for a purposethat is not fully and accurately described on the relevant books andrecords.• No undisclosed, unrecorded or “<strong>of</strong>f book” funds or assets will beestablished for any purpose.• No false or fictitious entries shall be made or misleading reports issued.All entries will accurately and fairly describe the transaction they purportto cover.• Payments may be made only for actual services rendered or productsdelivered; false or fictitious invoices may not be paid.• Records will be retained in a manner and for such periods asmanagement instructions direct.
