When this is impossible or inappropriate, you may select otheroptions.• While contacting your immediate supervisor is the preferred reportingprocedure, employees should also feel free to report to anyone in his orher department’s chain <strong>of</strong> command.• In addition, AGCO companies throughout the world have telephoneHot Lines that allow employees to report anonymously any complaintsor concerns arising under this <strong>Code</strong> or otherwise. The Hot Line numberscan be found on www.MyAGCO.com.• You can also send an e-mail to: ethics@agcocorp.com.• A further alternative is a direct call, e-mail or letter to AGCO’s ChiefEthics and Compliance Officer or Regional Ethics and ComplianceOfficers, which is encouraged when necessary. Their contact informationis included at the end <strong>of</strong> this <strong>Code</strong>.• It may also be appropriate to contact the Audit Committee <strong>of</strong> AGCO’sBoard <strong>of</strong> Directors, through its Chairman or one <strong>of</strong> its other independentdirectors. Generally, directors should be contacted only in extremesituations or where there has been no response to an employee’sconcerns.• Employees can write to any <strong>of</strong> these individuals anonymously at theCompany’s headquarters, 4205 River Green Parkway, Duluth, Georgia30096.Retaliation Violates AGCO’S PolicyIt is against AGCO’s policy for any retaliation or reprisal to be takenagainst any employee who reports or provides information that he or shereasonably believes relates to a violation <strong>of</strong> laws. AGCO absolutely prohibitsretaliation against anyone for raising or helping to address an integrityconcern. Retaliation is grounds for discipline up to and including dismissal.Whatever your concern, there is an appropriate resource within AGCO.Senior management and the Board <strong>of</strong> Directors are committed to providingavenues through which such issues may be raised, reviewed and, in everypossible instance, resolved.
