• Use the power and prestige <strong>of</strong> his or her position with AGCO only t<strong>of</strong>urther legitimate objectives <strong>of</strong> AGCO and not for any personal benefitor gain, and to avoid any activity, conduct or relationship which couldresult in or give the appearance <strong>of</strong> a conflict <strong>of</strong> interest between theemployee and AGCO.• Be environmentally sensitive and refrain from actively polluting theenvironment, and pursue actions and activities with natural resourcepreservation in mind and that seek to minimize AGCO’s carbon footprint.• Obey all applicable laws regulating competitive practices such asantitrust and price fixing. AGCO employees must not discuss prices,costs or customers with a competitor or pressure a dealer regarding thedealer’s resale prices.• Obey all applicable laws governing dealings or relationships withgovernment <strong>of</strong>ficials, employees or representatives.• Obey all applicable securities laws including those regulating anemployee’s buying or selling <strong>of</strong> AGCO stock.• Report suspected violations <strong>of</strong> the law, this <strong>Code</strong> or other Companypolicies and procedures.Supervisor ResponsibilitiesSupervisors have certain additional responsibilities to the employeesunder their supervision. Supervisors should:• Make their own personal commitment to ensure that their units operatein accordance with the highest principles <strong>of</strong> business ethics.• Ensure that all applicable current and new employees under theirsupervision are furnished a copy <strong>of</strong> this <strong>Code</strong>.• Periodically review the knowledge and understanding <strong>of</strong> this <strong>Code</strong> byapplicable employees under their supervision and ensure that periodiccompliance reviews are conducted as necessary with the assistance <strong>of</strong>AGCO’s Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer or Regional Ethics andCompliance Officers.• Stress to all employees the need for continuing commitment to this <strong>Code</strong>.
