Monitoringinvolves the regular review of a project’s per<strong>for</strong>mance on both a quantitative basis (eg. timespent, expenditure) and a qualitative basis (ie. more general attributes, such as how smoothlythe project runs, the satisfaction of those involved). Monitoring takes place throughout thelife of the project and will help answer questions about the community project; it is crucialwhen it comes to evaluation, and also allows <strong>for</strong> making changes during the project.
