Initiated idea for a study of theAssociation to measure and understand the system of community linkages for a voluntaryneighborhood organization in a revitalizing area. Worked with Deborah Evans, aWashington University doctoral alumna.Initiated a process consultation with the Junior League of St. Louis to help them learn betterways to apply their resources -- volunteers and money -- to problems of the St. Louisarea. Ms. Joyce Collins, agency director.Conducted a study of Red Cross volunteers to help the St. Louis Bi-State Chapter of theAmerican Red Cross better understand its membership and develop ways to mitigate adecline in the number of people volunteering.
