Release 3.4 – Affecting Owners Corporation• Enhance functionality regarding declaration of OwnersCorporation required on Application form– Only required for Section 32 Subdivision Act dealings– Pre-completed with ‘no’ for all other dealings• Assist in determining the document required by posingseries of questions from the Act(a) subject to subsection (1A), does not alter the boundaries or area ofexisting common property; and(b) does not alter the boundaries or lot entitlement or liability of lots notbeing consolidated, subdivided or altered; and(c) does not add an area of land that is more than 10% or, if anotherpercentage is prescribed, that prescribed percentage, of the area of theland in the lot or lots to be consolidated, subdivided or altered to theland affected by the owners corporation
