It was normal over the rest of the country;outside Assam & Meghalaya, Nagaland-Manipur-Mizoram-Tripura, Orissa and Haryana, where it wasdeficient.The southwest Monsoon was vigorous on 1 to 3 days in Haryana, Gujarat State, coastal AndhraPradesh, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu and north interior Karnataka and active on 4 to 6 days inUttarakhand, Marathwada and Telangana and on 1 to 2 days in Nagaland-Manipur-Mizoram-Tripura,Gangetic West Bengal, Bihar, east Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, east Rajasthan, west MadhyaPradesh, Gujarat Region, Konkan & Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Chattisgarh, coastal AndhraPradesh, Rayalaseema, Karnataka and Kerala.
