Supported Fuels:Four different fuel are supported in the stage 1 and stage 2 mapping.• ACN91 – lower quality 91 octane or 95 RON found in some USregions (Arizona,California, Nevada) and other world regions.• 91 octane or 95 RON• 93 octane or 98 RON• 100 octane or 102 RON****Be very careful to use appropriate fuel quality with the map. Low quality fuels can causecatastrophic engine damage. Use high quality fuels whenever available. Use of lower qualityfuels can result in catastrophic engine damage.Map Descriptions and Mechanical Configurations:Stage 1Fuels - (ACN91, 91 octane 95 RON, 93 octane 98 RON, 100 octane or 102 RON)Exhaust - Stock exhaust with or without a high flow cat back exhaust section.Boost levels - Map 0 = 15, Map 1 = 16, Map 2 = 17, Map 3 = valet (9 psi) – (93 and 100octane maps have an additional 18 psi boost level. ◦ Added MY14 vehicle support.◦ Stage3 - E85, updated cranking enrichment to help with cold weather start-up.• V501◦ DBA GT-R Knock Flash threshold fixed for EDM, JDM, and SADM cars.• V500◦ Added 2013 South Africa GT-R Support.◦ DBA: Enabled DBA Knock Flashing.◦ DBA: Enabled Boost Gauge wrap around.◦ JDM: Raised cruise control limiter• V404◦ Original release of DBA GT-R maps (DBA Ignition Strategy)Feature Descriptions:1. Real time Map Switching with Cruise Control Buttons. This feature enables users to switch between real-time maps. Once the appropriatev300+ calibration is flashed to the ECU via the Accessport, the end user can use thefactory cruise control system to switch between two different maps. The number ofavailable real time maps is adjustable with Accesstuner GT-R software. Custom tunedcalibrations can contain up to 9 real-time switchable maps.v300+ maps included with your Accessport or downloaded from the COBB Tuningwebsite contain two maps that are switchable in real-time. Map 0 is the performancemap. Map 1 is an economy version of the performance map with very low boost levels(~10 PSI).2. Fast Map FlashingFast map flash allows users to switch between maps in 30-40 seconds compared to thefull map flash which takes up to 11 minutes (initial install). Fast map flash is dynamicallydetermined by the Accessport during change map operations and is used whenapplicable.3. Heads-Up Display Engine Knock WarningEngine knock can be monitored using the factory heads-up-display. Once the knockmonitoring system detects knock, the boost gauge will start flashing on the heads updisplay. This is adjustable through Accesstuner software. These maps provide the ability to monitor knock through the factory display. Once theknock monitoring system detects knock retard above ~2.5 degrees, the boost gauge willCopyright © 2014 COBB Tuning Products LLC. All Rights Reserved | www.cobbtuning.com 6

start flashing on the display. Indications of knock must not be ignored. Excessive knockwill damage the engine.V500 maps introduced new logic for CBA and DBA ECUs which caused the boost gaugeto flash constantly when the ECU enters high detonation mode (which can happen withexcessive knock). The flashing rate is faster than the normal knock flash rate and furtherknock events will not be shown on boost gauge in high det. mode (just a constant fastflash of gauge). When ECU exits high det. mode (requires a key cycle), normal reportingof knock events will resume on gauge (until high det mode is activated again). Note: Thehigh det. mode fast flash is a little too fast for the gauge at times and some may notice avery slight pause in the flashing at times (this is normal).4. Boost Gauge Wrap-AroundMulti. Function Display (M.F.D.) boost gauge now wraps around and displays boost inexcess of 20 PSI (~150kPa). Available feature in v500 map calibrations.5. User Adjustable Launch Control (LC)User adjustable Launch RPM via the Accessport “Tune” menu. Launch RPM canadjusted in increments of 100 rpm. Available feature in v600 map calibrations. **Note:not available on AP3-NIS-007.Copyright © 2014 COBB Tuning Products LLC. All Rights Reserved | www.cobbtuning.com 7
