C., June 4, 2011I had just about decided not to attendthe men’s prayer breakfast the evening before.During the night, I sensed the Lord’s directionotherwise. Thank you, Lord! There were severalmen and a couple of ladies who joined us fora delicious breakfast. I met a man named Raymond. He had been invited to services and tothis prayer breakfast. Raymond shared with mehis troubled life: drugs, alcohol, porn and a brokenhome and marriage. He had even thoughtof suicide. The loneliness was overwhelmingfor him. Tears rolled down his face as he told usthat he had already started preparing for Jesusto come into his life. He said he had a prayinggrandmother and mother and wanted to getright with God. Raymond had been cleaning hislife up knowing that God would not have beenpleased with what he was doing. He wantedto pray at the altar. He felt like he needed helpin praying, but when we gathered around him,he prayed the most beautiful prayer of repentanceand accepted the Lord Jesus into his life.Raymond has been attending services regularlyand is being discipled through Bible studies andfellowship. God is moving. Prayer is the work ofthe kingdom! Jesus makes the ordinary comealive!I would love to tell you all of anothercamp meeting in Hendersonville, N. C.July 3-10. A gospel trio fromDeckerd, Tenn. launched us intoan extraordinary week of seekingthe saving, sanctifying, delivering, healing Jesus we hungerand thirst after. The three evangelistssang and preached their hearts out andthe children and youth evangelists brought usto our knees with their anointed messages fromGod. I can still see that anointing service wheresome children prayed the prayer of faith overthe needy. Do you want something extraordinary?Get some ordinary people to meet withJesus. It will happen!
