1.2. Purpose and ScopeThis compliance assessment plan is submitted in order to fulfil Ministerial Conditions 4.1 and4.2 of Ministerial Statement 801 (Appendix A) as outlined below.Ministerial Condition 4.1The proponent shall prepare and maintain a <strong>Compliance</strong> <strong>Assessment</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> to the satisfactionof the CEO.Ministerial Condition 4.2The proponent shall submit to the CEO, the <strong>Compliance</strong> <strong>Assessment</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> required byCondition 4-1 within 6 months of the date of this Statement.The <strong>Compliance</strong> <strong>Assessment</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> shall indicate:1. the frequency of compliance reporting2. the approach and timing of compliance assessments3. the retention of compliance assessments4. reporting of non-conformances and corrective actions taken5. the table of contents of compliance reports; and6. public availability of compliance reportsOceanica: <strong>Fremantle</strong> <strong>Ports</strong>: <strong>Compliance</strong> <strong>Assessment</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> 3
