SCOPE OF WORK:i) Supply and installation of 30 Nos ecosafe maintenance free earthingsystem.ii) Supply and installation of 25 X 3 mm GI flats encased in a PVC 50 mm diapipe as enclosure.iii) Testing and commissioning the earthing system.4.0. DETAILED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:i) Supply and installation of ecosafe maintenance free earthing systemcomprising of 25 mm diameter and 2 metre long earth electrode of lowcarbon steel electrode with 250 micron copper coating with 1 bag of (50pounds) carbon based environment friendly back fill compound and suitableclamp confirming to UL467-2007 & BS: 7430; IEC:60364-5.ii) Supply and installation of 25 X 3 mm GI flats encased in a 50 mm dia pipePVC enclosure for connecting earth electrode with street light posts. Thesame shall be laid 3 inch below the ground level.iii) Testing and commissioning the earthing system.5.0. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION:-i) The work shall be completed within 60 days from the date of receipt of order.ii) The Contractor shall arrange their own tools and plants and other materialsand components required for the above work.iii) The safe custody of men and materials, tools and plants required for thecontractor shall be the responsibility of the contractor and Trust will not haveany responsibility in this regard.iv) Transportation of materials shall be the responsibility of the contractor.v) Electric power supply will be provided free of cost and the consumption ofpower will be charged as per the Trust’s scale of rates.vi) The bidder shall give an undertaking that they have not made any paymentor illegal gratification to any person/authority connected with the bid process21
