7. The decision of the Chief Mechanical Engineer or his representative regardingthe quality of any materials used on the work will be final and binding on theTenderer. The Tenderer shall remove from the site of work any materialrejected as unfit for use on the work at his own cost as soon as he is orderedto do so, failing which the Chief Mechanical Engineer or his representativeshall remove such material from the site of work and shall deduct the costincurred by such removal by the Board from any money due to the Tenderer.8. The Tenderer shall co-ordinate his work with that of other Tenderer sexecuting other works in the site and plans his work as to minimiseinconvenience to others in the work site.9. The watch and ward and storage of materials will be Tenderer's responsibilityand the Board shall not be held responsible for any loss of the material.10. The Tenderer shall be deemed to have satisfied himself before submitting thetender as to the correctness and sufficiency of his tender for the work and ofhis price stated in the schedule as to cover his entire obligation under thecontract for completion of the work.11. For Harbour entry pass and direction to site of work for inspection for thepurpose of making the offer, the Tenderer shall contact the ExecutiveEngineer (G), 2 nd floor of Old Administrative Office Building, Chennai – 600001.
