RIF's highest priority is to serve the nation's under-served children andfamilies through the development and delivery of literacy programs and campaigns that motivateyouth to read regularly.Our chapters have also supported the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation with financialgifts and Rose McGill magazine subscription sales to help fund scholarships, confidential aid,education and training, and support of our two museums.Marina Petersen Celebration Day is an annual event held in remembrance for Class of2010 student Marina Peterson, who tragically passed away in the summer of 2009. Marina was aloyal sister of Kappa Kappa Gamma and active in the Lafayette/Easton community. This year,the enthusiasm and solidarity on March Field were readily apparent as everyone participated inZeta Psi‟s dunk tank, Delta Upsilon‟s backyard games, Pi Beta Phi and Kappa Delta Rho‟skissing booth, and Alpha Phi‟s photo booth, among various other activities.
