The file containing the Completed AOC Certification binder for this project will be circulatedamong the assigned inspectorsB. The final review will be made at the CAAV-FSSD Manager level.12.15.4 FINAL FILE LOCATIONA. The contents of the report of the Completed Foreign AOC Holder Evaluation will be scanned andupload to the CASORT-Documents Control database.B. The hard copy file will then be placed in a secure file area maintained by personnel assigned tothe CAAV-FSSD Manager.12.16 RENEWAL OF FOREIGN AOC HOLDER OPERATIONS SPECIFICATIONS12.16.1 CHANGES TO THE DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATIONDuring the validity period of the operations specifications, the operator is expected to monitor anychanges that occur to documents or arrangements submitted with the original application andprovide any revisions to the CAAV.12.16.2 CAAV-OPERATOR ON-GOING RELATIONSHIPSThe CAAV will be conducting inspections of the operator during the validity period of the operationsspecifications.• The operator is expected to facilitate those inspections and access of the CAAV inspectors to theoperator’s aircraft, records and facilities.• The operator is expected to make corrections of any findings provided by the CAAV and advise whenthose corrections are implemented.• The operator understands that the CAAV will be providing any findings of more than a minor nature tothe State of the Operator’s CAA.• The operator understands that repetitive findings of a major or significant nature will be a basis forsuspension of the operations specifications.12.16.3 APPLICATION FOR RENEWALA. The applicant is expected to track the validity of their documentation for operations in Vietnamand make application for renewal at least 15 days prior to the expiration date.B.
