Chapter 12 Approval of Foreign AOC Holders

The standard foreign AOC operations• 1158G: Prepare Operations Specificationsspecifications will be compiled to show theappropriate information and approvals that areincluded.B. The standard operations specifications are subject to amendment throughout the designatedvalidity period of 12 or less, depending on the validity period specified in the State of theOperator ops specs.C. The CAAV may, at any time, exercise the optionto include additional authorizations, conditionsand limitations for elements not listed in theoperator’s AOC and its associated operationsspecifications, but considered necessary forcompatible operations within Vietnam.The CAAV may not issue authorizations, conditionsand limitations that conflict with the AOCand the operations specifications issued by theState of the Operator.• These authorizations, conditions and limitations may provide more detailed information and mayaddress unique and special requirements associated with the airspace of the Vietnam.D. At the present time, the proper methodology is to digitally print the CASORT-ORG(Comprehensive) standard report in MS Excel, then—1) Copy the “active” rows of information from the ORG report; and2) Paste them under the appropriate paragraphs in the current MS Word operationsspecifications templateE. A print-out of the Foreign AOC operations specifications shall be circulated for CAAV-FSSD andoperator signatures.F. The CAAV-FSSD copy of the signed print-out of the Foreign AOC operations specification pagesshall be inserted in the—1) Foreign AOC Holders’ Working binder; and2) Completed evaluation file for this project.G. A digital copy of the current operations specifications will be inserted in the electronic folder forthis evaluation project.12.12 ISSUE THE OPERATIONS SPECIFICATIONS12.12.1 ADVISE DIRECTOR-GENERALA. To ensure conformance with the terms and any conditions of the Foreign AOC OperationsSpecifications, the applicant cannot begin operations until a copy of the signed document isreceived.B. This letter, the applicant ’ s copy of the AOC and the Completed Certification Report will beforwarded through the CAAV-FSSD Manager to the Director-General ’ s office.12.12.2 PRESENT THE OPERATIONS SPECIFICATIONSA.
