During this time Julie has supported industrypartners to upskill their work<strong>for</strong>ces <strong>and</strong> develop entrylevel strategies <strong>for</strong> disengaged groups within thecommunity.Through her work with the construction <strong>and</strong> gas industries, Julie hasdeveloped initiatives that have placed more than 500 people into<strong>employment</strong>.Karen Bellert is an experienced project managerwho has worked with a wide range of individuals <strong>and</strong>employers over the last eight years.Karen specialises in matching people with jobs byundertaking job readiness preparation, resolvingbarriers to <strong>employment</strong>, <strong>and</strong> ensuring <strong>employment</strong>outcomes.
