Chapter BylawsGUIDELINES AND POLICIES SUPPLEMENTAL TO BYLAWSARTICLE IV Section 6 Board MeetingsThe Board shall meet monthly unless waived at the previous meeting and no morethan three can be waived. Chapter members may attend any Board meeting asobservers. All Directors are obligated to attend scheduled meetings.
