The Secretary shall fix application fee that the Operator will charge theapplicant/appellant and such fee may be different for different services and alsodifferent for different time limits as well. However, the application fee for aparticular service shall be same in all LSK of the district.6.2. The Operator will collect the application fee from the applicant at the time of keyingin the application by the use of the software provided. If on the request of theapplicant an incomplete application is keyed in and its acknowledgement provided,the applicant will be allowed to get it completed within next 30 days without takingany extra charge. At the expiry of such period of 30 days the application alreadykeyed in shall be closed.6.3. Out of the application fee so received, the Operator shall be entitled to receive andretain process fee accepted as service charges for processing the applications inaccordance with prescribed procedure and remit the difference to the society.6.4. If the number of applications received in the LSK are less than 2,000 in a month theOperator shall be entitled to receive the process fee for the balance from the societyfor that month.
