WaterBoundaries14. Where the road right of way or public improvement crosses or terminates atany lake, river, stream, etc., the bank shall be defined at the time of thesurvey. The bank is defined in accordance with the regulations prescribedunder The Land Titles Act.(1) Where it is necessary to define the bank at the time of the currentsurvey, measurements are to be secured at each change of direction toadequately define the bank.(2) Where the title is based on the bank, the bank shall be shown accordingto the township plat referred to on the title. A note shall be shown onthe plan stating: “bank was plotted according to township plat dated…….”. Field notes of the traverse are available from the office of theDirector of Legal Surveys, SGD.RoadDiversions15. (1) (a) Where a previously surveyed road right of way is to be retainedand not abandoned, the previous right of way plan shall remainactive and the new right of way shall restrict around the previousright of way.NOTE: Road Diversion not to be abandonedABCReg’d.
