Children’s System of Care (CSOC) provides intensive care management services to children, youth and families involved inmultiple service systems (Mental <strong>Health</strong>, Juvenile Justice, Child Welfare and Special Education) and who are at-risk of outof-homeplacement. CSOC care managers apply the System of Care principles (family-driven and youth-guided care) toengage caregivers/parents as partners in service planning and delivery. CSOC care managers collaborate with systempartners and community agencies to access and coordinate services. Its goal is to keep children and youth at home, inschool, and out of trouble.
