Good News Broadcast Number 010 – TIME EXPIRED – THE BIGGEST MOMENT IN HISTORYThe following are excerpts in regard to the Golden Key that are to be found in Volume 1 of the book'The Law That Never Was' by Bill Benson.Bill Benson's Golden Key is a 16 page memorandum from theSolicitor of the Department of State, whose duty is the provisionof legal opinions for the use of the Secretary of State. In thismemorandum sent to the Secretary of State, the Solicitor of theDepartment of State lists the many errors he found in theratification process of the 16th Amendment! It is duplicated fromthe original, along with other evidence found at the state andfederal levels, in 'THE LAW THAT NEVER WAS'Also from 'THE LAW THAT NEVER WAS' by Bill Benson & Red Beckman:When Bill Benson had finished researching the ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment in twentyeightStates, the evidence from those States indicated very clearly that a great deal was amiss in theentire process of ratifying the Sixteenth Amendment. Documentation sent from the States to theSecretary of State in Washington, D.C. had to be found in order to try to pinpoint the source of theproblems. Bill decided to travel to Washington, D.C. to attempt to locate some of the materialreferenced in the States.Poking about in the basement of the National Archives is something like poking about in the GreatPyramids. Bill, as any good archaeologist would, unearthed some astounding documents out of thehistory of our nation. He is probably the first individual to look at these artifacts in over seventyyears. This material contains the evidence of malpractice and fraud by attorneys, judges andpoliticians. The most damning of this evidence is contained in the memoranda of the Solicitor of theDepartment of State. The Solicitor of the Department of State was the general counsel of thatdepartment. His duty was the provision of legal opinions, which were submitted in the form ofmemoranda, for the use of the Secretary of State and of the Secretary's staff. Such memoranda werethe basis upon which Philander Knox felt that he could be justified in proclaiming the SixteenthAmendment properly and duly ratified.Political malpractice has never been so well defined and the evidence so conclusive as in thesememoranda. The most significant of which is reproduced hereafter from the original. As you readthe next sixteen pages, you will be amazed at the lack of due care in their duties and responsibilitiesby the people who called themselves government.
