Instead they are considered as Territories that are under the rule ofMarshal Law under the control of the President. In these cases the President is charge of all judgesby virtue of the annual renewal of the War Powers Act. Therefore, the President’s office actuallyappoints each Judge, and each Judge reports ultimately to the President due to the state of operatingin bankruptcy and under secret Marshal Law. Therefore the Government did not set up legallyinstituted Article III Courts as being the Criminal Courts of the land. Instead they operate theCourts as Territorial Courts that are debt collectors. Since the states are ignored and they areviewed illegally as Territories, the Judges do not have to interpret the Constitution accurately, forthe Courts are working for the President who is operating everything technically and secretly asbeing under Marshal Law).3. Does/do Respondent(s) admit that all Judges of nisi prius legislative, statutory, commercial courtsare operating as Title I courts, Title IV courts, courts of private International law,Admiralty/Maritime martial rule, contract and limited jurisdiction, and as such are courts of contractonly, of ministerial administrative capacity, and are robed and disguised to hide, conceal, theiridentity as commissioners of and in the bankruptcy, and collections agents of the hypothecated debtplaced upon the labor and assets of the F.R.E.e American people, through on going deliberatelyorchestrated dolus?If no other answer is provided, Respondent admits the answer is: YES.(All of the Judges in the United States of America are going to have to answer to God for theircollaboration to grossly deceive the people of the United States in regard to this system’s illegalities.They seem to have no fear of God for they have deliberately operated in a fraudulent scheme todefraud the American citizens, and yet they are standing giving criminal sentences of exaggeratedterms to young men for drugs and petty crimes. These Judges follow willingly after the god of Dan,and the Lord has said that He is going to cause the god of Dan to fall and never rise again. I praythat His people in America may never see again the corruption of a nation in such measure of deceitand discrimination).4. Does/do Respondents(s) admit that there are no Article III Section 3 Judges of undiminished salaryseated on the bench of any ‘this state’ court or purported federal court thereby denying access to aremedy to any de jure F.R.E.e non-franchise American Citizen under Original Jurisdiction?If no other answer is provided, Respondent admits the answer is: YES(The Judges in America are not rightfully established to operate as Criminal Judges, and they needto apologize to every prisoner in America for their cloak of deceit. They will have to answer beforeGod for what they have done to American families. Every criminal prisoner in America is due theright to have a new trial under the correct auspices of a properly established Article III court.Further they are due the proper amount of dollars for the recompense of the amount of time that theyhave spent in their incarceration. These cases have to be done on a case-by-case basis, but it isonly right that they be re-tried, or it is not legal. Further it must be established that every lawyerobtains an official license to practice law in the Untied States. In his case againstme, he had lied about me and about others in my family. I asked him, why did he do this? He openlyadmitted to me in front of an investigator that, “This is what we do”. Here is a former Judgeboasting that they lie to win their cases. Truth is sovereign in America and lawyers cannot lieblatantly on cases against others and not be haled accountable. God will hold them accountable forworking in a system where lying on a case is accepted as perfectly okay from the government side.They cannot bring false charges against people, nor can they bring unfair charges against peoplewhen they refuse to accept evidence and testimony that proves that another party is culpable).5. Does/do Respondent(s) admit that since a secret state of WARexists between the Federal corporation United States describedat 28 USC 3002 (15) and those without the corporate UnitedStates, as documented in 50 USC App. 3 and 12 USC 95(a) and(b), and in Washington any de jure F.R.E.e Man inhabitant orCitizen of the several states or States are brought before thecourt by threats duress, force, extortion, misinformation,concealment, fraud and deceit, kidnapping, unlawful detainer,DO YOU REMEMBER THIS?I PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THEFLAG, OF THE UNITED STATES OFAMERICA, AND TO THEREPUBLIC, FOR WHICH ITSTANDS, ONE NATION UNDERlibel slander or other unconscionable acts, and is before the court as an unwilling belligerent party, aprisoner of war, a political prisoner, under acts of international terrorism, viewed by the court as acestui que trust and the judge is adversarial advocate and employee of the Federal corporation UnitedStates bankruptcy debt collection enforcement system, operating in concert, collusion, confederationconspiracy coven with their ‘brothers at the bar’ CJS Vol 7, as monopolistic, elitist society ofDistrict Attorneys, Prosecutors, and/or legal fraud, dolus, as part of a standing army/navy, belligerentparty, or neutral party, to take unfair advantage of the targeted party, said belligerent party, or neutralparty, having no negotiation power to defend against the overwhelming power and resources of ‘thisState’?If no other answer is provided, Respondent admits the answer is: YES.(What more can be said? It is clear that the government has no right to bring people into courtswhen the government itself has acted corruptly and has deceived the people. They have to makeknown all these secret operations of the Court to the people, or they have deliberately violated theirsovereign rights and have violated the citizens right to full disclosure, thus the Judges andcollaborating attorneys commit fraud and discrimination against the afflicted party(s). The peoplewho are being tried are coerced by deception into believing that it is as if they are in a criminalcourt, when they are actually being woefully deceived by the Judges, Prosecuting Attorneys,Government Agents, Court Administrative personnel, and even by public defenders. The Court isintentionally causing them into enter a secret contract with the court without their knowledge andwithout provision of obvious or common disclosures. The reason is that the Court is not a properlegally endowed Criminal Court, but rather a deceitfully established and secretly operatedCommercial Contract Court. Therefore the unaware, unsuspecting, and deceived people, arecoerced to enter into a commercial contract unknowingly, and by so doing they give up their accessto rights by the fraud played out upon them. Such forced and coerced contracts are obtained bydeceit and fraud, and therefore they are not legal and they cannot be held up as being viable if Truthis known. However, the deceit is carried out upon them by such grand scale that it is as if the peoplehave entered into a movie set where the people in front of them are actors who are appearing assomeone, while they are actually someone else.
