Euplivosyne, A. Selene fromDalscairth, <strong>and</strong> other localities. Vanessa Cardui (this rarity isnot unfrequent in some seasons) <strong>and</strong> Thecla Ruhi, from Dalscairth<strong>and</strong> Tinwald Downs ; T. Quercus, from Comlongan <strong>and</strong>Goldielea ; Lycoina Artaxerxes, from the Dalscairth <strong>and</strong> Terregleshills. Thanaos Tages from Goldielea hills, <strong>and</strong> HesperiaSylvanns, Dalscairth.JVocturni.—The moths were well represented, <strong>and</strong> includedSmerinthus Ocellatus, S. Populi, Sphinx Convolvuli, DeilephilaGain from the Crichton Institution Grounds, <strong>and</strong> ChoerocampaElpeiwr from the Tinwald Downs. Sesia hombyliformis, also
