She was about 5 feet tall and she had very pale blueeyes. She came to the USA in the 1880s and spent the rest of her life in Chicago in the "back of theyards" (a neighborhood behind the stockyards). Her sister was Nora Conlon Costello, who alsolived in Chicago. Bridget's daughters were Mary and Loretta McNicholas. I have only begunresearching my mom's family and will update my information if I can go back further down thematernal line.Email address (To use delete '-Saturday-' and add @ sign in that position): colleenfschultz-Saturday-yahoo.comGuest: Richard A Green srDate-Time: Saturday, October 15, 2005 at 09:18:44 (CDT)Testing Company Used: FamilytreeDNa.HVR1 MtDNA Results: 16126c,161172c,16294t,16296t,16304c,16519c.MtDNA Haplogroup per HVR1 Results: T2HVR2 MtDNA Test Results:Date MtDNA Test Was Ordered: Aug, 2005Comments: Orilla ( Aurelia) Masson wife to Henry Russell born in Canada abt 1840 married 10Nov 1857 in Franklin, Vermont. My grandmother (Marquez) was born about 1893 in Lincoln, New Mexicoand died in 1991 in Pueblo, CO. My mother was born in Maxwell, NM also. My ydna testedthrough my brother revealed R1b (western European), possibly Spain. I was only surprised thatmy female ancestors are Haplogroup B, predominately of the American Southwest, and remainedin one area for a significant period of time. I have been able to confirm that with censusfile:///D|/KERCHNER.COM/mtdnalog/mtdnalog2005.htm (34 of 108)3/8/2010 8:21:33 PM
