This will be up and runningfrom summer 2011 – dates and venues to be announcedin the media and on the Council’s website.This initiative is to engage with young people aged 11 to18 in their local environment.Paintballing is a physically demanding activity thatencourages team work, trust and cooperation betweenthose taking part. It is a safe and fun way for youngstersto develop tactical and communication skills (both verbaland non-verbal) in a monitored environment usingCouncil and Parish Multi Use Games Area’s and otherassociated grassed open spaces during evening, weekendand school holiday periods. The currentbuildings date from twophases. The chapel dates from The Bassipaedia Hound1833 and the two projectingL-shaped wings by Blore house15 cottages for the hospital’sbrethren.
