Bachelor of Building Surveying (Hons),Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons) and Bachelor of EstateManagement (Hons).Awarded to graduates from the Surveying discipline with the highestCGPA score and who have completed the undergraduateprogramme with an Honours degree (With Distinction).The ‗Anugerah Diraja‘ AwardProfessor Ezrin Arbi‘s PrizeAssociation of Building Engineers (ABE),United Kingdom PrizeDean‘s AwardRecipients are selected from graduates of the University who excelacademically and score with a First Class Honours degree ORPass With Honours (With Distinction) and a CGPA of 3.70 andabove OR Pass With Distinction (for Medical and Dentistryprogrammes) AND have never failed or repeat any subjects.Selection are also based on other awards achieved, activeparticipation in co-curricular activities, contribution within campusand to the society, leadership capabilities, his/her good qualities andhas never been implicated with any undesired activities for theduration of his/her study.Awarded to a graduates with the highest score in CGPA. Recipientmay be selected from the various disciplines offered by the Facultyat the undergraduate level.Awarded to a graduates with the highest score in CGPA from theBuilding Surveying degree programme.Awarded to students with a CGPA of 3.70 and above at the end ofthe semester.
