Bundles and trays of buildingmaterials swung above people’s headsalso provide a hazard for <strong>the</strong> public.THOROUGHFARE / WALKWAYSConstruction sites that extend <strong>out</strong>into public access ways and forcepedestrians to walk on <strong>the</strong> roadwayor negotiate scaffolding can bevery dangerous.
