Beriau was one of fourfinalists to compete for the award at the annual ACFconvention.Beriau has won numerous culinary awards, includingChef of the Year from the Maine RestaurantAssociation in 2005, Faculty Member of the Year atSMCC in 2000, and the Silver Beaver Award fromPine Tree Council, Boy Scouts of America.
