Beriau was one of fourfinalists to compete for the award at the annual ACFconvention.Beriau has won numerous culinary awards, includingChef of the Year from the <strong>Maine</strong> RestaurantAssociation in 2005, Faculty Member of the Year at<strong>SMCC</strong> in 2000, and the Silver Beaver Award fromPine Tree Council, Boy Scouts of America.
