Every staff member accepting employment with the __________________ mustvoluntarily agree to comply with the prohibition against being publicly intoxicated.Public intoxication is defined as any incident of <strong>alcohol</strong> consumption or use ofmood altering substances that result in a public display of behavior commonly associatedwith intoxication.
