His mandate is to establish and manage a sharedservices model for the Bank, which includes centralised operations,technology and electronic banking.Grant MaraisExecutive: Head Of SalesGrant’s career over the past 26 years has included responsibilitiesas Deputy MD of Standard Bank Namibia and Executive Directorat Stanbic Botswana. A BCom graduate, he is a certified Associate of theInstitute of Bankers in SA, and has experience across bancassurance,Johannes C JurgensChief Financial OfficerJohannes has 22 years banking experience, mostly in the financedivision. Johannes holds a BCompt (Unisa) degree and has been amember of the Bank’s senior management team since 1991.Rector MuteloExecutive: Marketing and CommunicationsRector holds a Masters degree in Management from EmersonCollege, Boston, USA. He hasa BCom - managerial accounting degree and has completedvarious management and leadership courses in recent years.Collin KatjitaeExecutive: Human Resources (HR) (Designate)Collin steers Nedbank towards becoming the employer of choice.Having attracted the best personnel, Collin is pivotal to staffempowerment. He devises and implements risk managementstrategies, addressing staff feedback and endeavouring to attain thebest staff cost ratio in Namibia’s banking sector. He has 6 years of HRthe University of Stellenbosch, an Honours degree in FinancialManagement (University of Cape Town), an Honours degree inBusiness Administration (University of Stellenbosch) and a BCom(Unisa). He has also completed a number of development andleadership courses with Nedbank. His banking career has alsoafforded him the opportunity to work in the United Kingdom,Belgium and France on various projects and assignments.experience locally and practised HR for 3 years in Australia.
