2 nd Edition(f)(g)(h)(i)(j)(k)(l)(m)(n)one or more registrars as determined by the council;the SRC;the institutional forum;the colleges, their structures and such other academicstructures of the University as may be determined bythe council;the academic employees of the University;the support staff of the University;the students of the University;the convocation of the University; andsuch other offices, bodies or structures as may beestablished by the council.(2) No vacancy in any of the offices contemplated insubparagraph (1) or any deficiency in the numbers ordefect in the composition of the bodies or structurescontemplated in subparagraph (1) impairs or affects theexistence of the University as a juristic person or any functionconferred by the Act or this Statute upon the University.7
