Dispositional Hear<strong>in</strong>gIowa Code 232.99Follow<strong>in</strong>g a <strong>CINA</strong> adjudication, the court shall, assoon as possible, hold a dispositional hear<strong>in</strong>g todeterm<strong>in</strong>e what disposition should be made.The court must look at the sufficiency <strong>of</strong>services be<strong>in</strong>g provided and whether additionalservices are needed. Upon conclusion <strong>of</strong> thehear<strong>in</strong>g, the court shall make the least restrictivedisposition appropriate consider<strong>in</strong>g all thecircumstances <strong>of</strong> the case.
