CINA DefinedIowa Code 232.2(6)(p) cont.1. In the presence of a child means the physicalpresence of a child during the manufacture orpossession, the manufacture or possessionoccurred in a child’s home, on the premises, orin a motor vehicle located on the premises, orthe manufacture or possession occurred underother circumstances in which a reasonablyprudent person would know that themanufacture of possession may be seen,smelled, or heard by a child.
