Temporary Custody with Ex ParteOrder cont.• b. It appears that the child’s immediate removal isnecessary to avoid imminent danger to the child’s life orhealth. The circumstances or conditions indicating thepresence of such imminent danger shall include but arenot limited to the following:• (1) The refusal or failure of the person responsiblefor the care of the child to comply with the request of apeace officer, juvenile court officer, or child protectionworker for such person to obtain and provide to therequester the results of a physical or mentalexamination of the child.
