Hear<strong>in</strong>g concern<strong>in</strong>g temporaryremoval -- Iowa Code 232.95At any time after a petition is filed, a person mayapply for or the court may order a hear<strong>in</strong>g todeterm<strong>in</strong>e whether the child should betemporarily removed from the home. If thechild has already been removed, a hear<strong>in</strong>g mustbe held with<strong>in</strong> 10 days <strong>of</strong> the date <strong>of</strong> removal todeterm<strong>in</strong>e whether removal should becont<strong>in</strong>ued.
