1 WarningsGeneral Safety• Never place your machine on a carpetcovered floor. Otherwise, lack of airflowfrom below of your machine may causeelectrical parts to overheat. This maycause problems with your washingmachine.• If the power cable or mains plug isdamaged you must call AuthorizedService for repair.• Fit the drain hose into the dischargehousing securely to prevent any waterleakage and to allow machine to takein and discharge water as required. It isvery important that the water intake anddrain hoses are not folded, squeezed,or broken when the appliance ispushed into place after it is installed orcleaned.• Your washing machine is designedto continue operating in the event ofa power interruption. Your machinewill not resume its program whenthe power restores. Press the “Start/Pause/Cancel” button for 3 seconds tocancel the program (See, Canceling aProgram)• There may be some water in yourmachine when you receive it. This isfrom the quality control process andis normal. It is not harmful to yourmachine.• Some problems you may encountermay be caused by the infrastructure.Press "Start/Pause/Cancel" buttonfor 3 seconds to cancel the programset in your machine before calling theauthorized service.First Use• Carry out your first washing processwithout loading your machine andwith detergent under “Cottons 90°C”program.• Ensure that the cold and hot waterconnections are made correctly wheninstalling your machine.• If the current fuse or circuit breaker isless than 16 Amperes, please have aqualified electrician install a 16 Amperefuse or circuit breaker.• While using with or without atransformer, do not neglect to have thegrounding installation laid by a qualifiedelectrician.
