The Retail Entitlement Offer is not being extended to any Shareholder outside Australia andNew Zealand. Any person who is a retail shareholder in AWB who is not an Eligible RetailShareholder is an Ineligible Retail Shareholder.STOCK LENDINGEligible shareholders will be entitled to apply for 1 New Share for every 1 Share held as atRecord Date.
